The Role
Reporting into the Head of Private Client, you will play a key role in growing the Private Client division by developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
This is a predominantly new business role, with around 90% of your time focused on identifying opportunities, networking, converting referrals and growing your own client portfolio.
You'll have access to an existing book of business and strong internal relationships, while also being encouraged to leverage your own professional network to drive growth.
The role offers significant autonomy, allowing you to build your own approach while being supported by an experienced leadership team committed to expanding this specialist area of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new Private Client business through networking and relationship building.
- Develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Convert referrals into long-term client relationships.
- Build and maintain relationships with professional introducers and key contacts.
- Arrange and advise on a broad range of Private Client insurance solutions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to maximise opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional client service while growing your own portfolio.

- £40,000 to £60,000 depending on experience.
