Full-time Permanent, 40 hours per week, covering 8am to 6pm (2 shift patterns available). Remote from home with some visits to the Manchester Office. Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission.

Manchester Staff are working with a forward-thinking and dynamic secure facilities operator for the B2B and B2C market. Their customer and sales team are a key driver for their success, and they are looking for experienced agents with a strong track record in phone sales to join the team!

This home-based role will be ideal for individuals who can self-motivate, are very organised and money motivated, and are passionate about contributing to company success.

Job Role & Requirements:

  • Driving high-energy outbound calls to warm and ready-to-buy leads
  • Turning every enquiry into a confident, polished, and successful sale
  • Smashing clear targets and KPIs with focus and momentum
  • Delivering standout call quality while keeping conversion rates sky-high

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong, proven experience in outbound telesales
  • A natural flair for building instant rapport

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or telesales
