This is a varied opportunity combining sales support, lead generation, customer service and administration, making it ideal for somebody who enjoys a busy role where no two days are the same. You will split your week between supporting sales activity and assisting with claims administration and office duties. The role requires somebody who is naturally curious, organised and enjoys investigating information and identifying opportunities.
Working Hours:
- Tuesday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
- Wednesday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
- Thursday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
- Saturday: 6:00am - 3:00pm (some home working flexibility may be considered)
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting sales activity through lead generation and research
- Conducting online searches and investigations to identify opportunities
- Using social media platforms and online tools to gather information
- Supporting customers over the phone and responding to enquiries
- Assisting with claims administration and office duties
- Maintaining accurate records and updating systems
- Managing and prioritising your own workload effectively
- Providing support across administration and accounts functions where required
Essential Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
- Good IT skills and confidence using systems and technology
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
