The Opportunity
UK Staffing Group is recruiting an Administrator for a growing specialist business based near Manchester Airport.
Due to continued growth and a major new contract win, they need an organised and reliable Administrator to support their busy team.
This is a varied, hands-on admin role within a small and relaxed office environment, with genuine potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and sending quotations
Updating the company CRM
Scheduling engineers and jobs
Sending reports and documents to clients
Liaising with suppliers
General email and telephone communication
Supporting the Sales Manager and Directors with day-to-day administration
About You
You'll be organised, accurate and confident using computers and email. You'll need good attention to detail, a professional manner and the ability to manage your own workload.
Previous administration experience is required. Experience within facilities management, property, construction, engineering or maintenance would be useful but isn't essential.
