UK Staffing Group are currently recruiting for a Loans/Finance Administrator to join a growing and FCA-regulated litigation finance business based in the Liverpool area. This company funds law firms to run civil litigation cases, working in partnership with a panel of legal partners across the UK. The business is scaling up its operations team to support continued growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, close-knit team at a genuinely exciting stage of the business's development.
You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the funding process - reviewing documentation, liaising with law firm contacts, and making sure everything is accurate before it moves through to the finance team.

The Role
- Reviewing funding requests received from law firm partners
- Verifying documentation and case information is complete and correctly signed
- Setting up approved cases within internal systems
- Processing funding transactions accurately and within agreed timescales
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records
- Managing a shared enquiries inbox and responding to routine queries from law firms
- Escalating more complex matters to senior team members
- Supporting with data quality checks and administrative reporting
- Assisting with process improvements as the team grows
What We're Looking For
- Essential
- Experience in an administration, operations or case management role
- Background in finance, lending, legal administration, or a related back-office/admin function
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident, professional communication style, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a process-driven, detail-focused environment
- Professional presentation, as the role involves representing a regulated financial business
- Desirable
- 2-3 years' experience in a finance, legal or lending-related administrative role
- A relevant degree, or demonstrable experience gained through study or early career roles
- Familiarity with what a loan/funding process involves
