Sales Advisor - Business Insurance
UK Staffing Group are continuing our successful partnership with one of Manchester's fastest-growing independent insurance brokerages as they expand their Business Protection team.
Having already recruited successfully into the business, we know the company and culture well.
It's a high-performing environment with genuine progression, strong earning potential and a track record of developing people internally.
They're now looking for experienced sales professionals who want to build a long-term career within Business Insurance.
The Opportunity
You'll work with
warm, qualified opportunities generated through an established nationwide network of financial advisers, mortgage brokers and wealth managers .
This is a busy sales environment.
You'll be managing a high volume of opportunities, speaking with clients, understanding their circumstances and recommending appropriate insurance and protection solutions.
You'll develop specialist knowledge across products including: Business Protection Key Person Protection Shareholder Protection Relevant Life Life Insurance Critical Illness Cover Income Protection The role combines
sales, relationship building and consultative advice , with full product training and ongoing development provided.
Who We're Looking For
You don't necessarily need previous Business Protection experience.
We're particularly interested in successful salespeople from
insurance, financial services, mortgages, protection or other regulated sales environments
who are ready for their next step.
You'll need to demonstrate: A strong track record of achieving sales targets Experience converting warm opportunities into business Confidence building relationships with clients Strong questioning and listening skills The ability to understand individual client needs Commercial awareness Confident objection handling and closing Experience managing and developing a busy pipeline The ability to work at pace A genuine desire to learn and progress Previous experience within
Protection, Insurance or Financial Services
would be a strong advantage, but we're also interested in people with highly transferable regulated sales experience.
