We're recruiting
five B2B Sales Advisors
for a growing independent insurance business in Manchester.

This is a proper sales role.

It's
busy, high-volume and target-driven , and we're looking for people who enjoy building relationships, creating opportunities and converting business.

You don't necessarily need to come from Business Protection.

You
do
need to be able to sell.

The role
You'll speak directly with business owners, understand both their business and personal circumstances and advise on protection products designed to protect them, their families and their businesses.

Products include: Key Person Protection Shareholder Protection Relevant Life Business Loan Protection Life Insurance Critical Illness Income Protection You'll complete fact-finds, identify what's important to the customer, explain the appropriate options, handle objections and follow opportunities through to completion.

It's a
high-volume sales environment , so you'll need to be comfortable managing a significant pipeline and having plenty of customer conversations while still giving each client a quality, consultative experience.

Who we're looking for
We're interested in people coming from
B2B sales, insurance, financial services, mortgages, commercial insurance, telecoms or other target-driven sales environments .

More important than your exact sector is evidence that you can: Work to and exceed individual sales targets.

Generate and develop new business.

Sell to business owners and decision-makers.

Ask good questions and understand what actually drives a buying decision.

Handle objections confidently.

Follow up properly and close.

Work at pace without losing quality.

Stay motivated in a performance-led environment.

Talk confidently about your numbers and what you've personally achieved.

If you're already selling
Protection or Business Insurance , that's obviously an advantage.

If not, full product and insurance training will be provided.

The basic is
£40,000 , but this isn't a role for somebody motivated by the basic alone.

Commission is
uncapped , with realistic earnings around
£75,000+
for strong performers.

Just as importantly, this is a growing business that wants people who want to develop with it.

There are opportunities to progress as the team grows, and the business has a strong track record of developing and promoting people internally.

You'll initially be office-based in Manchester while completing your training and getting fully up to speed in the regulated environment.

Following successful training and development, the role moves to a
hybrid 3 days office / 2 days home
structure.

No weekends.
