What you'll be doing:
- Creating engaging internal communications
- Producing LinkedIn and employer branding content
- Supporting ESG campaigns and company events
- Creating presentations, graphics, videos and written content
- Bringing people stories and company culture to life
- Turning ideas and conversations into engaging creative content
- Supporting broader marketing and people initiatives
Essentials:
- Strong copywriting and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail with spelling, grammar and tone
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro
- Experience using Canva
- Able to turn ideas into polished, engaging content
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to work at pace
- Creative mindset with proactive approach
Desirable:
- Experience with Figma
- Adobe After Effects
- Lightroom
- Adobe Firefly and AI tools
- CapCut or similar video editing software
- Understanding of content performance and digital engagement
