UK Staffing Group are recruiting for a Junior Product & Governance Analyst to join a growing insurance organisation during an exciting period of growth and change. This is not a purely data-focused role. You'll work across product performance, partner relationships, governance activities and product improvements, helping ensure products deliver value and strong customer outcomes. You’ll gain exposure to multiple areas of the business whilst working alongside senior stakeholders and external partners.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the ongoing management and performance of insurance products
- Reviewing customer outcomes and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Supporting product governance and regulatory activities
- Assisting with audits and partner reviews, including occasional site visits
- Producing findings and recommendations to support business decisions
- Working closely with internal teams and external partners
- Supporting product enhancements and process improvements
- Maintaining product documentation and ensuring consistency across processes
Key Skills and Experience:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable questioning information and identifying inconsistencies
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging with stakeholders
- Able to manage workload and prioritise effectively
