UK Staffing Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive on behalf of our client, a well-established payroll services company. The Role
- Handling high-volume inbound customer queries by phone and email
- Supporting payroll and contractor queries as part of a busy service team
- Building strong working relationships with colleagues and contractors alike
- Delivering a friendly, professional and efficient service, particularly during peak periods
What We're Looking For
- Confident, friendly telephone manner
- Strong communication skills
- Hard-working with a genuine willingness to learn
- 1-2 years' work experience
- Previous phone-based experience
- Customer service experience, particularly high-volume phone work
