Role & Responsibilities:
- Self‑generate and close deals: Work on opportunities ranging from £2k to £50k product packages.
- Travel regularly to events, exhibitions, and client sites to build relationships and close high‑value deals.
- Deliver persuasive pitches and presentations in person, with a focus on event‑based closing.
- Upsell and cross‑sell clients into higher‑value programs and long‑term solutions.
- Manage your pipeline: Maintain consistent prospecting efforts, ensuring accurate forecasting and hitting monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and the wider team to maximize new business opportunities.
- Weekend events: Attend 1‑2 weekend events per month to capitalize on key opportunities (time off in lieu or overtime pay offered).
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years' experience in a sales environment, ideally with a proven track record of closing high‑value deals ranging from £2k to £50k+.
- Excellent face‑to‑face sales skills and strong negotiation abilities.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (regular travel is required).
