Our client is on the lookout for a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our growing team. As our new CNC Operator, you'll be at the heart of our production department, ensuring that our precision components are manufactured to the highest standards. Your day-to-day will involve operating our state-of-the-art CNC turret punches, to produce high-quality sheet metal parts for server equipment.
Quality is king here, so you'll be making sure that every part meets our strict standards and tolerances. You'll also be working closely with our engineering team to optimise our machining processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. We're all about lean manufacturing, and your input will be invaluable.
To thrive in this role, you'll need a solid background as a CNC Operator, with a grasp of CNC programming languages like G-code and M-code, as well as CAD/CAM software. Experience with the specific CNC machine models and brands we use is a big plus. You'll also need to be a pro at problem-solving and troubleshooting, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
