Assistant Estimator

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates for a variety of construction projects.

Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Maintain estimating databases and support the estimating process.

Collaborate with the senior estimator, project managers, and other stakeholders to contribute insights and learn from the team.

Qualifications

1 to 3 years of estimating experience in the construction industry.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Familiarity with estimating software is advantageous but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work closely with colleagues and clients.

A positive personality and eagerness to learn and grow within the team.
