Job Role & Requirements:

Are you an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Estimator with 1 to 3 years of experience, eager to take the next step in your career? Our client, a dynamic and innovative company in the construction industry, is seeking a motivated individual to join their team in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the estimating process across a range of projects across Highways, Bridges, Civils, Infrastructure, Drainage and Water
  • Assist with detailed cost estimates and review plans/specifications
  • Maintain estimating databases working closely with the Cost Engineer
  • Collaborate with project managers and wider teams in a fast-paced environment

Experience Required

  • 1–3 years’ experience in an estimating or similar role
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with estimating software (nice to have, not essential)
