The UK Sports Institute and British Triathlon have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Physiologist. A key member of the Performance Support Team (PST), the Physiologist will provide the delivery and development of physiological support to British Triathlon & Paratriathlon World Class Programme (WCPP) athletes, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to create a world-class high-performance training environment building towards LA 2028 as the World’s leading triathlon nation.

The role requires an understanding of the physiological needs of endurance athletes and will provide support directly to athletes and coaches within the British Triathlon WCPP. The role requires proactivity, adaptability and a problem-solving solution-focused mindset to deliver across a diverse range of athletes. The role is designed to work with the Head of Performance Support, BTF coaches, and Performance Support Team at British Triathlon & Paratriathlon to improve performance through developing, implementing, and evaluating performance impacting physiology services.
