The UK Sports Institute has an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Business Administrator to join the team in Loughborough.

A snapshot of the role… Are you highly organised, proactive and passionate about supporting high-performance sport? We are looking for a Business Administrator (Central) to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across the region, ensuring the effective coordination of services for staff, athletes and partners. This is a pivotal role within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment. You will play a key part in keeping regional operations running smoothly — overseeing office systems, financial administration and ensuring compliance with governance and health & safety requirements.

What you will be doing:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support across the region
  • Managing regional office systems and processes
  • Supporting financial administration and budget tracking
  • Ensuring compliance with governance, policy and health & safety requirements
  • Coordinating services across HR, IT, finance and facilities
  • Acting as a key regional point of contact for staff and partners
  • Supporting athlete preparation and staff performance through efficient operational delivery

You will work closely with Site Administrators, Sports Services Officers, Regional Sport Services Managers and national teams to ensure consistency and high standards across all administrative processes.
