This is a rare opportunity to playa central rolein the performance journey of some of the world’s best triathletes. Working in close partnership with coaches and the Performance Support Team, the postholder will helpcreate, deliver, and evaluatecutting-edgephysicalperformanceservices that directly influenceOlympicmedal success.
Based at the LeedsTriathlon Centre, you will leadStrength & Conditioningprovision forLeeds-based World Class Programme athletes.You’llwork with athletes who have already achieved podium success, and those on track to do so, contributing to their preparation,long-termavailabilityand performance projects to deliverworld leadingperformance when it matters. Aspart of thewidernational Performance SupportTeamyou will also contribute toinnovativeprojectswith a clear focus onachievingsuccess at the Olympicgames.
