The UK Sports Institute has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Senior Sports Psychologist to work at the Performance Rehabilitation Unit at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre.

Working Pattern: This role is 2 days per week, one of which is set to a Monday.

A snapshot of the role: We are seeking an exceptional practitioner to lead the delivery and continued development of psychological support and strategy within our Performance Rehabilitation service. This pivotal role will shape and drive best-in-class psychological provision, playing a critical part in athletes’ return-to-training and return-to-performance journeys. You will work with World Class Programme (WCP) athletes and those accessing the Performance Rehabilitation Unit through the BOA Gold Pass pathway, ensuring they receive world-leading psychological care throughout rehabilitation.

As a key member of an integrated, multi-disciplinary team, you will help evolve a truly world-class performance rehabilitation environment. The successful candidate will embed evidence-based psychological principles into athlete management, influence service design, and contribute strategically to the continued advancement of performance rehabilitation delivery.
