As a Sport Advisor, you will build trusted relations with senior leaders in British Olympic and Paralympic sport to provide critical challenge, support and guidance on their journey to achieve brilliant organisational health. You will align UK Sport’s insights across a portfolio of National Governing Bodies of sport (NGBs), in order to form a cohesive and expert view of their organisational health.

To achieve this, you will work across UK Sport to deepen our understanding of organisational and systemic issues and opportunities facing high-performance sport in the UK; and help drive increased collaboration and effectiveness to enable our strategic ambition of "growing a thriving sporting system".
