Our purpose is to lead high‑performance sport to enable extraordinary moments that enrich lives. We are on a mission – to create the greatest decade of extraordinary sporting moments; reaching, inspiring and uniting the nation. That mission is underpinned by three ambitions for UK high‑performance sport; to keep winning and win well, to grow a thriving sporting system and to harness those to inspire positive change.
About the role: As our Talent Services Advisor, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the UK’s high‑performance workforce. You’ll lead recruitment campaigns for critical roles, advise on selection approaches, and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the system. You’ll use data and talent insights to support performance ratings, future workforce planning, and the identification of high‑potential talent. A big part of the role involves improving onboarding experiences, using AI‑driven and innovative approaches to make our induction processes smooth, engaging, and future‑focused. You’ll also champion best practice, support centralised recruitment frameworks, and help strengthen diversity and inclusion across the High‑Performance Community.
Who will I be working with? You’ll work closely with the Talent Services Senior Advisor, recruitment partners, hiring managers, and people across the Olympic/Paralympic high‑performance network. Building trusted relationships and supporting colleagues to make confident, evidence‑based hiring decisions.
About you: You’re someone who thrives in a dynamic, people‑focused environment and enjoys leading recruitment campaigns that make a real difference. You bring strong in‑house recruitment experience, an interest in data‑led decision‑making, and a passion for improving how people join, grow and thrive within an organisation. You’re curious, proactive and confident using evidence to shape your recommendations, while also valuing inclusive, collaborative ways of working. You build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate clearly, and feel comfortable taking the initiative when you see a better way of doing things. Above all, you care about creating fair, inclusive and engaging experiences for candidates and colleagues alike — and you’re excited by the opportunity to help build a future‑ready workforce for the UK’s high‑performance system.
