You will work closely with the HR Manager to provide practical, timely guidance across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, ER and development initiatives.
You will coordinate people processes, maintain accurate records, support meetings and documentation, and help ensure activity is delivered consistently and with confidentiality.
