About the role: As a Learning & Development Projects Officer, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing and delivering high quality learning experiences across the high performance community. This includes in person workshops, blended programmes, digital learning, events and communities of practice. You’ll partner with subject matter experts, facilitators and internal teams to shape impactful learning solutions, managing the full training cycle from early needs analysis through to design, development, delivery and evaluation. You’ll also coordinate logistics, support event operations, capture content for reuse, and help ensure learning experiences are inclusive, accessible and aligned with organisational standards. This role sits at the heart of our mission to evolve and elevate professional practice across the high performance system.
Who will I be working with? You’ll work closely with the Senior Learning Designer, L&D Events Advisor, facilitators, contributors and colleagues across the High‑Performance Community, supporting seamless event delivery and high‑quality learner experiences.
About you: You’re someone who loves creating learning experiences that genuinely help people grow. You bring experience designing or supporting engaging L&D activities, whether digital, blended or in person, and you feel confident managing multiple moving parts with calm and clarity. You enjoy working collaboratively with subject matter experts, shaping ideas into practical learning solutions, and coordinating logistics to make everything run smoothly. You communicate clearly, stay organised under pressure and use technology confidently, whether through LMS platforms, digital tools, content capture or innovative approaches like GenAI. Above all, you care about creating inclusive, accessible, engaging learning experiences and are motivated by helping the high‑performance community continually develop and improve.
