This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in shaping the future of high-performance sport in the UK. As part of our Performance Investment Strategy team, you will lead and support innovative projects that influence how we invest in and sustain success across Olympic and Paralympic sports.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Design Manager and colleagues across UK Sport to develop and deliver creative, evidence-based solutions that maximise impact and value. From reviewing existing approaches to designing new concepts, you’ll help ensure our investment strategies remain fit for the future in an ever-changing world.
You’ll engage with a wide range of partners and stakeholders, bringing people together to create practical, well-informed designs that strengthen the sporting system. Your work will contribute to embedding these designs into policy and practice, supporting continuous improvement and long-term sustainability.
