Birmingham County FA is recruiting for 3 Independent Non-Executive Directors specialising in the following areas:
- Finance
- HR / Legal
- EDI / Charity
The successful candidate will provide independent oversight and strategic guidance, bringing objective judgment to Board discussions and ensuring decisions are made in the best interests of football across the county. They will support strong governance and accountability by constructively challenging the Senior Leadership and executive team, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, financial and FA Code of Governance and Safeguarding standards. They should also have an understanding of good governance principles, including board responsibilities, accountability, regulatory compliance and an awareness of organisational finance.
