The School of Engineering and Materials Science at Queen Mary University of London invites applications for a one-year Teaching Fellow in Aerospace Engineering. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career academic to gain broad teaching experience within a research-intensive Russell Group University.
The successful candidate will contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in at least three of the following areas:
- Aircraft Structures
- Aeroelasticity
- Flight Dynamics
- Rotorcraft
- Spacecraft Engineering
The role also includes supervising student projects and contributing to module development, assessment, student support, and wider academic activities within the School.
You will hold a postgraduate qualification in Aerospace Engineering or a closely related discipline. An undergraduate degree in Aerospace Engineering and a PhD are desirable. You will demonstrate:
