As the Marketing Manager, you will operate at a strategic, director-level capacity to drive the brand’s presence, narrative, and growth across the United Kingdom. You will act as the creative and operational anchor for the UK brand while working closely with our international counterparts—specifically coordinating with the UAE Marketing Team and overseeing alignment with the Marketing Director for the brand in the UAE to ensure global cohesion. Your role bridges high-level brand strategy, major event execution, agent support, public relations (PR), and the end-to-end management of the UK’s digital presence and content ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Global & Regional Coordination (UK & UAE)
- Coordinate regularly with the UAE marketing team, aligning on global campaigns, shared assets, and cross-border buyer insights.
- Oversee and collaborate with the Marketing Director for the brand in the UAE to ensure brand consistency, share best practices, and implement unified, high-level luxury marketing strategies across both regions.
- Take full ownership of the UK social media strategy across all major luxury-facing platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Build, maintain, and execute a comprehensive Content Calendar that balances property showcases, lifestyle features, market insights, and agent promotions.
- Ensure the visual aesthetic and tone of voice on all digital channels reflect the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) standards of the Sotheby's International Realty brand.
- Event Production & Experiential Marketing
- End-to-end strategy, planning, and execution for all UK corporate and property-specific events (e.g., luxury property launches, gallery exhibitions, VIP client dinners, and network events).
- Provide on-site management and coverage of events, capturing real-time content for social media and digital channels.
- Agent Marketing Support & Consultations
- Act as an internal agency for our luxury real estate brokers, helping them position themselves and their elite listings effectively in the market.
- Equip agents with high-end print, digital, video, and pitch assets to win instruction for premium properties.
- Consistently bring forward-thinking, "out-of-the-box" ideas to keep the brand ahead of competitors (e.g., utilizing AI tools, immersive virtual tours, high-end video storytelling, or unique brand partnerships).
- Oversee relationships with external PR agencies to secure top-tier media placements.
