As a Listing Administrator, you will play a vital role in the marketing and administrative process of bringing properties to market. You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate listings, coordinating property details, liaising with vendors and agents, and ensuring listings are uploaded to relevant portals in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage property listings for sales and lettings on CRM systems and property portals (e.g. Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket).
- Liaise with vendors, landlords, and agents to gather all necessary documentation (e.g. EPCs, floorplans, photography, AML checks).
- Prepare accurate and compelling property descriptions.
- Coordinate and schedule photography, floorplan surveys, and virtual tours.
- Ensure listings comply with legal requirements (e.g. Consumer Protection Regulations, AML).
- Update and maintain internal databases and client records.
- Produce brochures, window cards, and digital marketing materials.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as call handling, email correspondence, and diary management.
- Monitor listing performance and support the team in improving marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar real estate admin or property marketing role is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property CRM systems (e.g. Reapit, Jupix, Alto).
- Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines.
- Customer-focused with a professional telephone manner.
- Knowledge of: UK property market practices and relevant regulations is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with property listing platforms and marketing tools.
- Familiarity with anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.
- Understanding of basic photo editing or brochure design (e.g. Canva, Adobe, or in-house tool).
