  • What You’ll Do
  • Respond to customer queries and service/helpdesk requests, providing professional and timely support.
  • Process purchase requisitions and support procurement administration activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and check work to ensure a high standard of quality.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple tasks while meeting agreed deadlines.
  • Use systems such as Microsoft Office, Teams and Share Point to complete daily tasks.
  • Provide advice and guidance to customers, escalating complex issues when required.
  • Work closely with colleagues across HR, Payroll, Finance and Procurement services.
  • Support process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
  • Complete apprenticeship learning, training activities and portfolio evidence alongside day‑to‑day duties.
  • Build skills in communication, stakeholder management, business processes and project working.
