This is a full-time, on-site
Operations Manager role based in Wombourne.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the installation, service, and maintenance departments, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
The role includes managing operational teams, planning workloads, coordinating engineers and resources, liaising with customers and suppliers, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement across the business.
You will work closely with other departments to ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining excellent communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to provide a first-class level of customer service.
You will also be responsible for managing supplier relationships, coordinating material availability, promoting health and safety compliance, supporting staff development, and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the business.
Qualifications
- Previous experience within the shutter, industrial door, or related industry is essential .
- Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
