Responsibilities
- Multi Skilled Construction Operative to join our rapidly expanding team to work within a busy environment.
- Work on some of the UK’s oldest buildings as part of a team of Restoration operatives.
- Apply a wide range of skills in the following disciplines: Brick / Block / Stonework; Pointing / Plastering / Rendering; Roofing and related work; Basic groundwork & Drainage; Heavy Plant Operation; All aspects of general building work.
What You Need To Have
- Previous experience in the building trade.
- A relevant trade qualification or extensive “on the job” experience.
- Previous experience in the Heritage sector is an advantage.
- A proven track record.
- The ability to work from own initiative or as part of a team.
- Great attention to detail.
- Able to manage workload and have work completed on time.
- Excellent awareness of site health and safety.
- CSCS card preferable.
- Full UK Driving license (MUST be able to make own way to our remote yard on a daily basis).
