UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) is seeking a Deputy Chief People Officer to lead the HR function, deliver the People Strategy and support major organisational transformation. The role reports to the Chief People Officer and will deputise as required, shaping strategy, governance and workforce initiatives across UKRI.
The role requires strategic leadership across HR, partnership with Centres of Expertise, trade union engagement and a customer-focused operating model.
