About the Role
Assist the Programme Manager with governance, assurance, reporting and other programme‑related activities. Work closely with the Programme Delivery team and with scientists, engineers, developers and experts in quantum technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the governance structure by ensuring smooth logistical and administrative management of meetings and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor progress on the NQCC's objectives, collect relevant data, and visualise it in reports for various stakeholders.
- Help manage risks and issues, from data collection to reporting.
- Prepare for assurance reviews and ensure compliance with STFC and UKRI processes.
- Administer and improve the Knowledge Information Management (KIM) function for the Programme Delivery team and its projects.
- Provide support to other members of the Programme Delivery team in role‑adjacent areas.

- Substantial experience supporting decision makers in programme management, including governance, assurance, reporting and monitoring.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present complex information accurately and concisely.
