MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology (LMB) on Cambridge Biomedical Campus seeks a Services Coordinator to manage day-to-day estates maintenance and supervise E&F technicians and sub-contractors.
You will prioritise PPM and reactive tasks while delivering small capital works and liaising with scientific teams.
You will ensure BMS and M&E systems support research activities, maintain safety/compliance, and contribute to SOP development.
On-call duties are part of the role with additional pay.
