Join UKRI's growing Wellbeing Team and lead the way in shaping a more connected workplace. Job Overview The Wellbeing Manager will be an integral member of the UKRI Wellbeing Team, responsible for delivering the Wellbeing Plan. This aims to create a healthy workplace that supports the physical, mental, social, and financial wellbeing of our people, where they can flourish and reach their potential. This in turn will create a healthier and more resilient workforce, who can deliver UKRI priorities and contribute to UKRI’s strategic objective to create a world-class organisation. The role is key to promoting the profile of the Wellbeing Team by providing a responsive and efficient service. Working closely with the Wellbeing Lead for UKRI and the Wellbeing Officer, the role holder will lead the delivery, promotion and evaluation of UKRI’s wellbeing provision, including the Wellbeing Ambassador Network. Responsibilities · Lead the promotion and maintenance of all four pillars of wellbeing (physical, mental, social, and financial) through a suite of wellbeing activities in line with the Wellbeing Plan Act as the wellbeing expert and internal consultant to all areas of UKRI to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Work closely and engage with a variety of internal stakeholders to aid collaboration, including HR, Occupational Health, EAP, Health and Safety, Reward and Benefits, Internal Communications and UKRI staff networks. Represent UKRI Wellbeing and attend events across UKRI and externally as required to promote existing and new developments. About you Demonstrated experience of workplace wellbeing at a specialist level, with a proven record of managing successful organisational wellbeing programmes as well as monitoring and evaluating their effectiveness. Experience of managing procurement for wellbeing suppliers, ideally including EAP/OH provider, and of managing supplier relationships and contracts. Experience of managing a team and/or direct line management with ability to build and sustain positive and productive working relationships. Strong oral communication and written skills, with direct experience of stakeholder management and designing, delivering, and facilitating training, workshops or events.
