THE ROLE
As a Senior Field & ABX Marketing Manager, this role is a driver, using wide-ranging experience to manage all aspects of the field marketing plan and directly influence team objectives. This role will develop and lead the execution of advanced strategic field and account-based marketing programs that directly impact pipeline generation and revenue. The role will serve as a trusted and influential advisor to regional sales leaders, translating their strategic objectives into metrics-driven marketing plans and providing a critical feedback loop to the centralized marketing organization. The success of this role will be measured by its ability to resolve complex challenges, drive significant and sustained results, and mentor junior team members.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
- Develop field marketing activities that play into the greater, integrated buyer’s journey by using data-driven strategies to capitalize on regional growth.
- Be the first point of contact for your regional sales management, including RVPs and Business Development leadership, and jointly work on the funnel development.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy and programs that align with regional business objectives and pipeline targets.
- Facilitate regular interlock sessions and provide strategic guidance on both broad field activities and targeted ABX initiatives.
- Own and manage the execution of highly complex ABX (Account-Based Experience) programs for the most strategic accounts.
- Drive programs with a focus on mid-to-bottom-of-funnel pipeline acceleration, ensuring alignment with global campaigns and regional sales goals.
- Own the tracking and management of effectiveness & impact of marketing spend on pipeline, using defined tools and resources in partnership with the Marketing Operations team.
- Monitor progress and measure results of all key field marketing programs through regular pipeline inspection & deal tracking in order to provide insights to both Sales and Marketing leadership.
- Create and document feedback loops and cadences to the Growth, Marketing Operations, and Product marketing teams to ensure campaigns and messaging are resonating with the field and prospects.
- Proactively solicit and incorporate feedback from the GTM team into new marketing programs in alignment with the regional plan.
- Collaborate with the centralized Campaigns team, leveraging global top-of-funnel campaigns and providing strategic input on regional needs.
- Analyze complex target account data trends and intent indicators to develop and execute sophisticated account penetration and acceleration programs.
- Act as a key partner to Content and Product Marketing teams, influencing messaging and content strategy based on deep regional insights and business needs.
- Use advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions and report on program KPIs to key stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices for sales enablement and program execution.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven results in past experience as a pipeline driver for sales.
- An exceptional collaborator and mentor with a proven ability to build strong, influential partnerships with sales leadership and other cross-functional teams.
- ABX Experience.
- Strong team player, able to work as part of a remote team.
- 8+ years of field marketing experience with a demonstrated ability to devise and execute successful integrated marketing programs, preferably in a SaaS business.
- Experience in leading and executing successful integrated marketing programs, including a focus on mid-to-bottom-of-funnel and complex account-based initiatives.
- Proven track record of resolving complex marketing challenges, driving significant pipeline growth, and influencing strategic direction.
- Deep knowledge of analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting.
- Superb organization and project management skills and the capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once.
- Ability to clearly articulate and deliver on program goals, strategy and execution elements to multiple audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
