THE ROLE
The Sr Campaign Manager drives the development and execution of integrated campaigns that capture and drive demand for a specific market segment. This role requires a highly strategic and tactical driver who can independently manage complex projects, lead cross-functional collaboration, and deliver tangible business results.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:
- Lead the campaign strategy and development for a specific market segment, ensuring alignment with broader global strategies and a clear focus on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) audiences.
- Act as the go-to point of contact and represent the campaign strategy, plan, management and performance with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders.
- Manage the campaign planning process ensuring that campaigns are built out at least one business quarter in advance to maximize productivity.
- Orchestrate campaign execution with cross-functional partners and offshore teams, ensuring flawless delivery across all channels and providing comprehensive enablement for field and sales teams.
- Develop effective strategies for generating high quality leads targeted by industry, company size, and implement multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns and a variety of other tactics to grow the sales pipeline.
- Ensure net new leads are meeting scoring criteria with Marketing Operations to deliver best-in-class leads to sales.
- Collect feedback from the regional field marketing teams to understand local customer needs and refine campaign strategies for relevance and impact.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to analyze campaign performance, leading the reporting and delivery of actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders on key business and revenue metrics across the entire sales funnel.
- Deliver regular updates to keep key stakeholders informed throughout the planning and execution process, and partnering cross-functionally to build field programs that improve campaign performance.
- Ensure your market segment marketing programs & tactics delivered on time, within budget, meeting ROI expectations/forecast.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience within SaaS or a high tech business.
- Pipeline and data-driven leader.
- Proven results with integrated campaigns that drive pipeline.
- Typically 8+ years of Campaign Management experience with a demonstrated ability to drive and execute successful fully integrated marketing campaigns.
- Superb organization and project management skills and the capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once.
- Proficiency with analytical tools and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate complex metrics into strategic insights and optimizations.
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing, digital strategies, marketing automation, performance marketing, and email marketing tactics and technology.
- Ability to clearly articulate and deliver on campaign goals, strategy and execution elements to multiple audiences.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with multiple different marketing stakeholders and work effectively with sales teams.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
WHAT ELSE WOULD BE GREAT:
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google calendar, docs, sheets, slides) preferred.
- Experience using Salesforce and Marketo preferred.
- Experience of ABM would be useful.
