Certinia is looking for a successful candidate who will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and development objectives. We are seeking a highly motivated professional with the desire to succeed and grow within a fast-paced technology sales environment. The ideal candidate will have excelled in a startup environment and have a clear understanding of the sales cycle.

What You Will Do in This Role:

  • Achieve & exceed monthly sales quota through the development and management of prospective customers and customer relationships within our Mid-Market segment.
  • Manage complex sales-cycles and present the value of our applications to decision-makers.
  • Achieve bookings targets while developing relationships with customers and upselling new products.
  • Clearly understand the business drivers and challenges of prospects through in depth discovery, qualification and position FinancialForce applications to solve those challenges.

What You Need to Be Successful in This Role:

  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ proven success achieving a quota with technology-based sales experience.
  • Experience closing complex sales cycles for New Business in a consultative manner.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success building pipeline through prospecting and working with companies like Salesforce to achieve bookings growth.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
