- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, building capability and succession planning while supporting continuous improvement, improving controls and reducing operational risk
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the FCA’s fees modelling and invoicing processes, ensuring outputs are accurate, transparent and aligned with approved policy, supported by robust data governance and controls
- Contribute to the development and implementation of fees policy, providing pragmatic advice on how regulatory change can be effectively translated into operational delivery across systems and processes
- Oversee financial performance and reporting, including month-end activity, debt management and income tracking, ensuring clear, timely insight is provided to senior stakeholders
- Build and maintain effective relationships across the FCA and with external regulatory bodies, representing the Revenue function and shaping outcomes in a complex stakeholder environment
- Provide oversight of key operational processes, ensuring continuity of critical activities and that systems, controls and financial frameworks support efficient, compliant delivery
