The team, including both legally qualified and lay QA Managers, is growing. This is an exciting time to join as the organisation measures the success of a large-scale Continuous Improvement Programme within the Investigation and Enforcement Directorate. The QA team sits at the forefront of driving up standards and providing confidence to key stakeholders in regulatory activities.
Responsibilities
- Own, drive and optimise quality assurance in a consistent way across the organisation.
- Conduct case reviews, analyse results, and provide feedback on identified trends and themes to support delivery of the SRA’s strategic objectives.
- Work as part of a team to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and incorporate them into the design and delivery of QA activities.
- Identify areas for efficiency and improvement and develop recommendations for operational teams.
- Opportunity to undertake thematic work and provide consultancy to other areas to develop QA frameworks.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, judgment and communication skills.

- Significant and practical experience of complex case analysis.
- Practical understanding of Quality Assurance principles.
