An exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join our DDaT function has arisen. You will be responsible for leading the development of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, shaping how we deliver scalable digital services. You will have proven experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations as well as configuration expertise.
You’ll work closely with the wider DDaT team, setting the product direction alongside a senior implementation partner, and using your delivery background to assess and refine solutions, challenging recommendations before they reach the backlog. You’ll have expertise across the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, understanding the capabilities and limits of Dataverse, Power Automate, and Copilot.
Working within multidisciplinary teams, you’ll own the product roadmap, translating user needs and business priorities into impactful solutions. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, influencing decisions and championing best practice to deliver modern and accessible services.
