We’re looking for a Team Administrator – Apprentice to join the Southern Region Team in the Railway Safety Directorate. This role is to be based in our London office.

The Railway Safety Directorate ensures duty-holders in the railway industry manage health and safety risks effectively and comply with their statutory duties. The Southern Region Team carries out safety inspections, incident and complaint investigations, liaison and enforcement work with duty holders. The Team interfaces with Network Rail in the Southern Region (Kent, Wessex and Sussex Routes) and Anglia Route, along with the train operating companies operating in those areas.

You will provide high-quality administrative and business support to the Southern Region Team contributing to the effective delivery of operational and corporate objectives. The role supports the smooth running of team activities through the coordination of information, management of enquiries, maintenance of records, and delivery of administrative processes.
