We are looking to recruit two experienced policy professionals to manage our policy development within the Consumer Policy and Engagement Directorate. The role sits in a high‑profile area focusing on high‑volume consumer claims.

Responsibilities

  • Manage major policy projects, learning and handling complex issues quickly.
  • Ensure consumer impact is central to policy solutions, building a proficient understanding of consumer interest.
  • Perform strategic design to implementation of policies, reviewing, developing and advocating for key issues.
  • Provide strategic insights and deliver actionable policy solutions, driving them through to execution.
  • Establish and influence relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the SRA to senior external partners.
  • Promote the SRA’s culture, values, policies, and ways of working to internal colleagues as part of the leadership team.
