Role Responsibilities:

- Assessing regulated firms’ compliance against the relevant rules and requirements.
- Working with senior industry figures to change how they operate if they are not meeting the rules and requirements and in the most severe cases taking regulatory action to stop firms operating their businesses.
- Collaborating effectively and closely with colleagues across the FCA, other regulators and law enforcement agencies both in the UK and internationally.
