About The Role

Working as a key part of our IT and Digital Services team you will support the team by providing flexible and high-quality, comprehensive IT administration support, assisting in facilitating the smooth and efficient running of services. You will coordinate and manage meetings, taking notes and maintaining logs of actions, developing strong working relationships with colleagues across RSH.

You will manage the email inbox and will take responsibility for the coordination and resolution of IT issues, liaising between parties about any problem IT requests, coordinating the resolution and escalating where necessary.

You will support the Head of IT and Digital Services in developing and maintaining clear, robust processes and procedures that ensure transparency, consistency, and effective communication for all digital queries across the organisation.
