We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our Investigations Knowledge and Development team as a Quality Assurance Officer. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in quality assurance, regulatory oversight, investigations, compliance, risk, or other complex operational environments. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of assessing quality, identifying trends and risks, and driving continuous improvement through robust analysis and constructive feedback. This is a hybrid role.
Qualifications
- Relevant academic qualification and related experience, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of the application of relevant legislation, regulatory standards, processes and procedures
- Experience of undertaking analytical quality assurance work in a similar environment and identifying risks, trends and areas of improvement
- Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to deliver concise, constructive feedback
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships, at all levels across the organisation
- Strong organisational skills demonstrating an ability to effectively manage self and others' time
