Working in a unique co-leadership model alongside a fellow Head of Policy, you will share accountability for the effectiveness of the policy function, jointly setting direction, aligning priorities and ensuring consistent, high-quality policy delivery across TPR. While much of the work is delivered in partnership, each Head of Policy will lead on distinct policy areas, providing both breadth and individual ownership within the role. You will work closely together to provide continuity of leadership and decision-making, including covering for one another and the Director of Policy during periods of leave or absence. Alongside leading a high-performing team, you will support colleagues' development, champion continuous improvement and build strong relationships with government partners, industry stakeholders and colleagues across TPR.
