Ofgem is the energy regulator for Great Britain. We are seeking Senior Policy Managers to join our Markets Oversight and Enforcement and Financial Resilience and Control Policy teams. These roles sit at the heart of a significant period of change, following the Government Review of Ofgem, and will contribute to shaping how we regulate and operate over the coming years.

In this role, you will support the development and delivery of policy across complex and high-impact areas. You will contribute to projects linked to legislative and regulatory change, working with colleagues across Ofgem and externally to ensure effective and evidence-based outcomes. This includes analysing policy options, developing recommendations, and supporting stakeholder engagement.

You will work collaboratively across teams, including legal, strategy and communications functions, as well as with government departments, industry and consumer groups. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of priorities, with flexibility to apply your skills across different projects and areas of work over time.
