Role Purpose

The People Operations Officer plays a critical support role within a hybrid HR delivery model, providing comprehensive administrative support across Learning and Development and core HR Lifecyle to ensure efficient, accurate and timely delivery of all people processes and transactions. Operating within a shared services environment, they act as a central point for administrative HR tasks, collaborating closely with Senior People Partners and Service Enablement Hubs to deliver consistent, efficient and employee-focused services.
