This role provides the chance to shape the way we communicate complex policy and regulatory information through clear, accessible digital content. In return, you’ll join an inclusive organisation where communications and digital expertise play a vital role in delivering meaningful outcomes for consumers. We offer hybrid working, generous civil service pension and leave benefits, and the opportunity to work with experienced communications professionals across a supportive and collaborative team.
Our communications team has a critical purpose to ensure our digital communications are clear, accessible and user‑focused, helping consumers and stakeholders understand the evolving energy system and the decisions that shape it.
