Role Overview
The COO Engagement and Stakeholder Lead strengthens engagement, alignment, and real‑world implementation of COO priorities across Corporate Services and Ofgem. The role works directly with Directors, Heads of Function, and teams to ensure that key strategic priorities and improvement initiatives are understood, supported and embedded in day‑to‑day operations.
